As per EU regulations, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, provided you have not:

  • Used the service features
  • Initiated contact with Guides through the platform

1.2 Waiver of Cooling-Off Period

By actively using our services before the 14-day cooling-off period expires, you explicitly waive your right to the cooling-off period. This includes:

  • Accessing the platform's features
  • Initiating contact with Guides
  • Downloading or streaming any content

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • After the 14-day cooling-off period has expired
  • After you have accessed or used any part of the service
  • For partial months of service
  • For unused subscription time
  • For service interruptions due to account violations

3. Technical Issues

In cases of persistent technical issues:

  • Issues must be reported to support within 24 hours of occurrence
  • We must be given reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue
  • Refunds may be considered only if service is entirely unusable

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for the remaining days in the billing period
  • Access continues until the end of the paid period

5. Refund Process

If eligible for a refund:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
  • Processing time may take up to 14 business days
  • Bank processing times may vary

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding refunds must be:

  • Submitted in writing to our support team
  • Include relevant transaction details and reasoning
  • Filed within the eligible refund period

7. Shipping Policy

As Cultural Bridge Labs LLC provides digital services only, no physical products are shipped. All services are delivered electronically through our platform. Therefore, no shipping, handling, or delivery fees apply to any of our subscription plans or digital offerings.

All content and services are subject to the Terms of Service agreement and are provided immediately upon successful payment processing.
